Getting Started

For the fullest setup experience, start with the signed Windows x64 installer from the Get IT-Automated page. The direct website edition includes prerequisite and plugin checks, missing supported SDK detection, and assistance obtaining required SDK components.

Install and start the trial

1. Open Get IT-Automated and choose Download 7-Day Trial — Recommended.
2. Run the signed Windows x64 installer as administrator.
3. Complete the Windows installer and launch IT-Automated.
4. Start the seven-day Professional trial from the application.

After purchase

1. Open the account email and set your Customer Portal password.
2. Sign in with your email address.
3. Open My Licences and copy the licence key.
4. In IT-Automated, choose Activate Professional and enter the key.

A Professional licence supports up to three active devices. Deactivate a computer before moving its slot to another computer.
