• Administrator rights for installation and administrative actions.
• Network access to the Citrix or Active Directory services you intend to manage.
• HTTPS access to IT-Automated licensing and update services.
• PowerShell and applicable Citrix administration components for the selected modules.

Your organisation remains responsible for permissions, change control and vendor prerequisites in the managed environment.
