Installation Guide
Choose the installation route that fits your environment. Both routes install the full IT-Automated application; the difference is the prerequisite and SDK bootstrap experience.
Direct website installation
Use the direct website edition for the complete setup experience. It checks prerequisites and plugins, detects missing supported SDK components, and can assist you in obtaining the SDKs required for your environment.
- Open Get IT-Automated and download the signed 7-day trial installer.
- Confirm Windows reports the trusted IT-Automated publisher.
- Run the installer as administrator and follow the prerequisite guidance.
- Launch IT-Automated and start the trial or activate Professional.
Microsoft Store installation
Use Microsoft Store when your required administration SDKs and prerequisites are already present. The Store-compliant package omits the prerequisite/plugin bootstrap and SDK download assistance included with the direct website edition.
- Review the system requirements.
- Open the verified IT-Automated listing in Microsoft Store.
- Choose Install, then launch IT-Automated.
- If prerequisites are missing, use the recommended website installer for guided setup.
Use only installers and update packages delivered by IT-Automated or the verified Microsoft Store listing. The application validates signed update manifests before applying private dashboard updates.
